The video premiere begins at 5 pm Alaska Time, 8 pm Mexico Time, and lasts approximately one hour.
Chef Rob Kinneen will walk you through the steps for preparing an exquisite Alaska meal woven with history and culture of the Alaska Native people. Following the video, there will be a Q & A session with Chef Kinneen.
Then you can practice on your own to prepare for our culminating international dinner event on April 17, 2021.
